For your information the most important things for you to note are reproduced below, although on application for registration at each ABPI event the full terms and conditions will apply to your booking.
Please note:
The ABPI does not sell personal information it has gathered about you to third parties. In order to complete a booking your data will be transferred out of the EU to the USA. By completing the forms online you will have consented to this transfer of your personal data in order for us to process your application.
Payment
The conference fee must be paid in full prior to the event taking place. The ABPI reserves the right to re-allocate places to another delegate if fees are not paid on time.
All bookings will not be considered complete or valid until full payment has been received and the names of all delegates for each booking are
registered in full.
The ABPI reserves the right to contact you to discuss making amendments to the level of payment you have selected for your booking and if not changed, to cancel immediately any bookings attempted to be made knowingly using the wrong level of payment
Refund Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing by email to events@abpi.org.uk.
Please note under the Distance Selling Regulations you have up to 14 calendar days from the date of registering to cancel your booking in full without incurring any cost.
Cancellation 21 days prior to the event - 50% of the cost will be refunded
Between seven and 21 days prior to the event -10% of the cost will be refunded
Less than seven days prior to the event - No monies will be refunded
Amendments to Bookings
There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate. Please contact events@abpi.org.uk. Please feel free to contact us if you should wish to have your name and company details not included on any delegate lists produced for the event.
